酒店設定完善，出行便利，衞生標準很高，價格適中，早飯和晚餐餐廳的菜餚非常豐富。 唯一美中不足是酒店服務員忙於聚眾聊天，直到下午17:00，都沒有對我們入住的房間進行衞生整理，值得酒店管理層引起重視。

部屋はとても清潔で、サービスもとても良かったです。朝ごはんも非常に美味しく、フルーツやケーキなどもありました。またぜひ利用したいと思いました。一つ難點なのがホテルが市の中心地から遠いところです。スフバータル広場からはバスで30分ほどかかります。またウランバートルは平日朝や夕方のラッシュ時の渋滯が非常に深刻なのでホテルは市の中心から近いところをとったほうが賢明です、

The hotel was fine and I have no complaints. I found my room to be clean and pleasant, and the service to be OK. It is conveniently located in a mall and has a convenience store right next door. They were having an issue with the key cards when I stayed there where I had multiple issues pressing the floor my room was on. I had to manually get this fixed several times at the front desk. Additionally, I don't know if they are associated with the hotel, but the coffee shop in the lobby is awful and has horrible service. My last complaint: I was asking the man who worked at the front desk to restore access to my room, given this key card issue as I had a meeting in 2 minutes I was running late to. He was trying to sell me a hotel-associated taxi that was overpriced, which annoyed me.

Le camere erano molto carine con soluzioni anche per famiglie. Peccato per il sevizio che andrebbe migliorato, specialmente a livello di colazione. La palestra era chiusa (??) Non si capiva. Comunque struttura con del potenziale ma mal gestita.

하루 예약후 하루 더 연장했는데 이틀째 되는날 카드키가 안됨.  또 이틀째 오후 5시가 다 되어서 외출 후 왔더니 아직 청소중.
